If you are here, then you are probably feeling pretty ready to make some changes in your life!
Trust me, it wasn't so many years ago, I was in a similar position! I was stressed, chronically unwell and not enjoying life to the fullest!
But that all changed when I discovered Natural Medicines...
With 15 years experience in Natural Health, I can honestly say this is my passion and calling in life.
Through my own healing journey, my unlimited desire for learning and the privilege of working with beautiful clients over the years, I have developed a deep understanding and respect for people's desires to achieve optimal states of wellbeing and balance in their lives.
I firmly believe that wellness is a continual cyclic wheel and is a journey, rather than an end goal. Gentle and unconditional love of self is the single most important tool for health and wellbeing.
Together, we can collaboratively create the correct balance for you. No two people are the same, have the same commitments and want the same outcomes. I am here to meet you where you're at and support you on your journey.
Love and light,
A perpetual student ... I absolutely love learning. I am always completing courses of some kind!

What a difference 7 years can make!...
The difference between these photos isn't just the number of years.. It is my attitude to wellbeing and how I choose to nourish myself. I talk with clients a lot about choosing 'nourishment over dieting and fads', or creating healthy and sustainable exercise habits rather than a 6 week boot camp and then nothing more.
For me, eating a really balanced whole food diet is super important. I aim for loads of vegetables, nutritional and herbal medicines to support whatever is needed at the time, hiking, yoga, swimming and a little bit of running.
I used to eat a pretty standard 'aussie diet', drink a lot and not have good daily habits of not only movement, but also lack of positive mindfulness and support around me. While I still love a glass of wine, a sneaky vodka, lime & soda or some dark chocolate.. this is all within balance of my wellness practises. 90% nourish, 10% play. Hehe.
